Truly horrible customer service, they do not adhere to their refund policy. It seems to be a fraudulent company that does not follow legal procedures. They do not mention their concurrency limits anywhere and then go on to ignore your refund requests. They even modified their refund policy right after I raised the refund request

Even when I accidentally purchased the wrong proxies, they refunded my purchase within minutes after a quick chat with their support team. I can confidently recommend their service to anyone!

This website is undoubtedly a fraudulent platform. Every single one of their IP addresses has been marked as untrustworthy and blacklisted. I reached out to request a refund, but to no avail. I advice that you avoid this deceitful website at all costs and refrain from entering your credit card information on their platform.

These proxies are not actual residential proxies. Instead, they primarily use datacenter IPs from hosting sites like Amazon and OVH, as well as other high risk ISPs like Fyfe web. As a result, these proxies are not suitable for any purpose, as they are blocked on many websites. This experience has been characterized as an absolute scam.

All proxies suddenly shut down at the same time. Support service stopped responding to requests. Funds on the account are blocked. I do NOT recommend using such services. Horror!
