Really bad proxies. Never had such bad experiences as here. Constant problems with proxies, and no help!

I dont like this service, there are quite a few different problems with it so I definitely dont recommend them for selection.

This situation is incredibly frustrating, especially when youve provided all the necessary information and encounter difficulties with the signup process. Its disappointing that there seems to be no immediate way to address this issue, with no phone number or chat available for assistance. Additionally, the lack of response leaves you feeling like your concerns are not being addressed promptly or effectively. This experience reflects poorly on the customer support offered by the service provider.

Purchased 60 proxies from this service and utilized their services for over six months. Unfortunately, encountered a significant issue with their support, which proved to be subpar. Approximately threefourths of the proxies randomly stopped working for multiple days every week. Despite reaching out with more than ten emails and using their provided form, the support team failed to respond or address the persistent problem.

They initially assured me that if the service didnt meet my expectations, they would provide a refund. Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations, and when I contacted them about it, they stated that they would process the refund within 1 to 10 business days. However, it has now been 13 days, and I have neither received the refund nor received any responses to my emails.
